well i'm mostly a vegetarian and for the last few years have been exploring that in multiple manners but as of late I keep hearing nasty things about soy (a product I use all the time) and while I'm not usually one to buy into anti-this and that crazes, these murmurs are coming from trusted folks, so I gotta ask whatta you guys all think about soy and all it's varietous products?

everything in moderation. too much of one thing, like soy, can end up creating nasty things in your body.

but it can be so yummy!!!!!! mmmmmm..........

Also make sure it is always Organic, otherwise you are getting a nasty GM product.

I say it's better to eat whole foods. SOy is processed and isn't so good for your body, like morgan said always organic, and definately in moderation.

if you are hungry and want the filling sensation that soy can give- try soaking some nuts (any kind) for a few hours and then eat them (cashews melt in your mouth like butter once soaked). You can blend them into a pate' - like sunflower seeds with raisens, and other good flavors. try it and see and eat healthy with the yumm yumm in the tum tum :)
